Requirements

• Leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant environment
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule who likes to have fun
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate-owned and operated restaurants

Responsibilities

• Planning for each shift
• Making sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit
• Making sure the team meets McDonald’s standards
• Monitoring safety, security, and profitability
• Communicating with the next Shift Manager to help prepare him/her to run a great shift
• Making sure targets are met during shifts and departments meet their goals

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant environment
