About the role
The role involves leading shifts every week to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. Shift Managers are responsible for various tasks including planning for each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness, managing crew, and communicating with the next Shift Manager.
Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor shifts to ensure high-quality customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with the next Shift Manager to prepare for their shift
- Ensure compliance with McDonald’s standards and targets
- Manage crew and delegate tasks as needed
- Support the assigned Departments in meeting their goals
Requirements
- Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule and willingness to adapt to the demands of the job
- Must be 18 years or older
