Shift Manager
About the role
The role involves leading shifts every week to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. Shift Managers are responsible for various tasks including planning for each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring compliance with McDonald’s standards, managing safety and security, and communicating with the next Shift Manager.
Responsibilities
- Planning and executing shifts to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness
- Maintaining communication with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift
- Ensuring the team meets McDonald’s standards and targets
- Managing inventory, daily maintenance, and cleanliness
- Overseeing food production and customer service
- Ensuring safety and security protocols are followed
- Training and supervising the crew
Requirements
- Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule and willingness to work in a dynamic, energetic atmosphere
- Age 18 or older
