Requirements
- Lead shifts every week
- Maintain great Quality, Service and Cleanliness to customers
- Perform various tasks such as planning for each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring team meets standards, managing safety, security, and profitability
- Communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare him/her for the shift
- Meet targets during shifts and help assigned Departments meet their goals
- Manage inventory, daily maintenance and cleanliness, crew, and quality food production
- Ensure exceptional customer service and safety
- Schedule staff and manage their time
Responsibilities
- Plan for each shift
- Monitor performance during the shift
- Take action to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards
- Monitor safety, security, and profitability
- Communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare him/her to run a great shift
- Meet targets during shifts and help assigned Departments meet their goals
- Manage inventory, daily maintenance and cleanliness, crew, and quality food production

Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience, preferably within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
- Positive team player with a flexible schedule
- Passion for working in a fast-paced environment
- Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate-owned and operated restaurants
