Shift Manager

About the role

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. They provide leadership to the crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Shift Managers handle various tasks such as planning for each shift, monitoring performance, enforcing safety and security protocols, communicating with the next Shift Manager, and managing inventory and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor shifts to ensure efficient service
• Maintain high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
• Enforce safety and security protocols
• Communicate effectively with the next Shift Manager
• Manage inventory and daily maintenance
• Train and supervise the crew
• Meet and exceed departmental targets
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule and willingness to adapt to the demanding nature of the job
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
• At least 18 years old
