About the role

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor each shift to ensure high-quality service and cleanliness
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure daily maintenance and cleanliness
• Manage crew and other managers to meet McDonald’s standards
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for their shift
• Meet and exceed targets set during the shift
• Help assigned Departments meet their goals
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
• Handle internal communication and scheduling
• Train crew members as needed

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work in a dynamic workplace
• Age 18 or older
