Requirements
Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. They provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Shift Managers perform various tasks such as planning for each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring compliance with McDonald’s standards, managing safety and security, and communicating with the next Shift Manager. They may also be responsible for meeting targets and supporting Department goals. Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting is preferred. Positive team players with a flexible schedule and enthusiasm for the fast-paced environment are ideal.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, applicants must be 18 years or older. No prior management experience is required; however, previous leadership experience is preferred.
Skills
Positive team player, flexibility, enthusiasm for the fast-paced environment, ability to communicate effectively, and strong organizational and problem-solving skills are essential.
