Shift Manager
About the role
The job involves leading shifts every week to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. Key responsibilities include planning for each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness, managing safety and security, and communicating with the next shift manager.

Requirements
- Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting
- Positive team player with a flexible schedule
- Passionate about working in the fast-paced McDonald’s environment
- Must be 18 years or older to be a manager
Qualifications
Competitive pay starting from $17.50 to $20.50 per hour. Additional benefits include accrual of paid time off, education opportunities, and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
