What Does a Shift Manager Do?

Lead the team to deliver quality, service, and cleanliness. Responsibilities include managing shifts, ensuring food safety, overseeing inventory, and providing excellent customer service.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality (Not required but preferred)
• A positive attitude and a passion for teamwork
