Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor shifts to ensure high-quality service and cleanliness.
- Ensure compliance with McDonald’s standards and policies.
- Communicate effectively with the next Shift Manager to prepare for their shift.
- Meet and exceed targets set for the shift.
- Support Department Managers in achieving their goals.
- Manage food safety, internal communication, inventory, daily maintenance, and cleanliness.
- Train and supervise the crew.
- Handle exceptional customer service situations.
- Oversee safety and security protocols.
Requirements
- Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work flexible hours.
- Must be 18 years or older.
