Shift Manager

About the role

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. They provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Responsibilities include planning for each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring compliance with McDonald’s standards, managing safety and security, and communicating with the next Shift Manager.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed shift targets

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work in a dynamic workplace
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
• At least 18 years old

Pay

$32,000/yr. est. for Shift Manager Trainee and $34,300/yr. est. for Certified Shift Manager
