About the role

Responsibilities
- Evaluate tasks and delegate to line crew
- Achieve daily goals
- Maintain a clean, organized kitchen line
- Evaluate and address safety and security standards
- Monitor and enforce food safety policies and procedures
- Manage dough par levels
- Hire, train, and staff team members
- Address team member concerns promptly and professionally
Requirements
- Complete Flippers Pizzeria MIT Program
- Obtain Serv Safe Manager Certification
- One year of full-time restaurant experience with supervisory role
- Passion for fresh food and customer service
- Unfailing work ethic and integrity
- Ability to attract and inspire a quality staff
- Professional presentation and demeanor
Qualifications
- Possess complete proficiency of department based on ability to fulfill team member job description
- Maintain dough par levels based on 96 hours/4 days
- Ensure adherence to safety and security standards
- Enforce food safety policies and procedures
