Shift Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Shift Manager to join our team at an independent McDonald’s Owner-Operator restaurant. Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts to maintain Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC).
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance, and take action to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Ensure safety, security, and profitability during shifts.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for a successful shift.
• Meet targets during shifts and assist assigned departments in achieving their goals.
• Oversee food safety, internal communication, inventory management, and daily maintenance.
• Manage crew, food production, customer service, safety, security, scheduling, and training.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a flexible schedule.
• Passion for working in a fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
