Responsibilities

• Lead shifts each week, ensuring a fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Plan shift activities and monitor performance throughout the shift.
• Take corrective action to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to ensure a smooth handoff.
• Meet shift targets and help assigned departments achieve their goals.
• Oversee food safety, internal communication, and inventory management.
• Maintain daily cleanliness and facility upkeep.
• Manage crew quality, food production, and exceptional customer service.
• Ensure safety and security protocols are followed.
• Handle scheduling and training of team members.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment.
• Open availability, hardworking, and team‑oriented.
