Shift Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. They oversee the team's performance, manage food safety, maintain cleanliness, and communicate effectively with the next shift manager.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor each shift to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness
• Maintain safety and security standards
• Communicate with the next shift manager to prepare for their shift
• Meet and exceed targets set during their shift
• Help assigned departments meet their goals
• Manage inventory, daily maintenance, and crew quality
• Perform food safety checks internally
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries
