Shift Manager

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily shift operations and support restaurant performance.
  • Coach, train, and develop team members.
  • Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
  • Ensure food quality, food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently maintained.
  • Support staffing, onboarding, and training efforts.
  • Create a positive, respectful, and accountable team environment.
  • Lead with a sense of urgency while maintaining quality and teamwork.
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback.
  • Help drive sales, productivity, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Food service, restaurant, or hospitality management experience required.
  • Customer service experience (3+ years preferred).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Valid driver's license preferred.
  • Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
