Shift Manager

About the role

Captain Jay's is hiring both full-time and part-time Shift Managers at multiple locations in Metro Detroit, with growth into General Manager positions. We are currently looking for experienced food service managers who will empower and lead their team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Train, and assess store employee's productivity and performance.
• Increase sales by ensuring a clean store, great quality food, and exceptional customer service.
• Managing team members.
• Oversee stock and day-to-day and store operations.
• Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Customer service experience (3+ years).
• Food management experience (Required).
• High school education or equivalent experience (Preferred).
• Passionate and positive attitude.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Valid Driver's License (Preferred).

$13 – $15 an hour.
