Shift Manager

About the role

At Buffalo Wild Wings, we believe that every shift can create legendary experiences for our guests. As a Shift Manager, you will supervise the operation of our restaurant on a shift-by-shift basis and assist the management team in providing support and coaching to team members, ensuring tasks are performed effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
• Provide support and coaching to team members to ensure tasks are performed effectively.
• Help create legendary experiences for guests.

Requirements

• 2 years of restaurant or bar experience.
• Minimum age to serve alcoholic beverages (or higher, as required by applicable law).
• Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
