Responsibilities

• Supervise the operation of our restaurant on a shift-by-shift basis.
• Assist the management team in providing support and coaching team members to ensure tasks are performed effectively.
• Create legendary experiences for guests.

Requirements

• Preferably, you have 2 years of restaurant or bar experience.
• You are of minimum age to serve alcoholic beverages (or higher, per applicable law).
• You know what it takes to fuel moments worth sharing and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work flexible hours.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Skills

• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Knowledge of food service operations and safety standards.
