Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team to deliver fast, accurate, and friendly service.
• Oversee restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring smooth workflow.
• Coach and train crew members, helping them grow their skills.
• Handle guest concerns and ensure high service and food quality standards.
• Manage shift responsibilities, including inventory checks, safety compliance, and labor efficiency.

Requirements

• Previous leadership or crew trainer experience (restaurant or retail preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Great communicator who can coach and motivate a team.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service and upholding brand standards.
• A team-first mindset, ready to support and step up when needed.
