About the role
Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience on every visit. They provide leadership to the crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high levels of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Plan for each shift
- Maintain performance during the shift
- Take actions to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards
- Monitor safety, security, and profitability
- Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift
- Meet targets during their shifts
- Help assigned Departments meet their goals
- Ensure food safety
- Manage inventory
- Oversee daily maintenance and cleanliness
- Control quality food production
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Manage profitability
- Ensure safety and security
- Schedule staff
- Train new employees
Requirements
Previous leadership experience within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment is preferred. Positive team players with a flexible schedule and a passion for working in the fast-paced McDonald’s environment are sought. Applicants must be 18 years or older to apply for this position.
