About the role
Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience on every visit. They provide leadership to the crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high levels of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
Responsibilities
Plan for each shift and monitor performance during the shift.
Ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards.
Monitor safety, security, and profitability.
Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift.
Meet targets during their shifts and assist in meeting departmental goals.
Handle food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance, and cleanliness.
Manage crew and ensure exceptional customer service.
Manage profitability and handle scheduling.
Train new employees as needed.
Requirements
Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
A positive attitude and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
Must be 18 years or older.
