Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor shifts to ensure efficient operations
- Maintain high levels of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Manage inventory and daily maintenance
- Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for their shift
- Ensure team meets McDonald’s standards and targets
- Handle food safety and exceptional customer service
- Monitor safety and security
- Schedule and manage staff
- Train crew members
Requirements
- Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule and willingness to work in a dynamic workplace
- Age 18 or older
