About the role

Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring a Restaurant Shift Manager responsible for assisting with daily operations. The Shift Manager ensures each customer visit results in friendly, personalized service with great food promptly delivered in a clean, inviting environment. This position provides exceptional guest service and support while working closely with Restaurant Managers and team members to maintain operational standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Training and supervising crew members
• Monitoring and reinforcing food safety standards and procedures
• Interacting with customers in a friendly, polite, and professional manner
• Executing cost control systems
• Delegating prepping and cleaning assignments as needed throughout the shift

Requirements

• Personable, results-oriented self-starter
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
• Dependable and reliable
• Good written, math, and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation
• Must be 18 years old to work in a manager role
• Possess all documents and permits required by state and federal law
• Flexible work availability
• Results-oriented and customer-focused
• Previous customer service work experience helpful
• Must undergo background screening in accordance with local laws and regulations
