Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring a Restaurant Shift Manager responsible for assisting with daily restaurant operations, ensuring each customer visit receives friendly, personalized service with great food promptly delivered in a clean and inviting environment. The Shift Manager provides exceptional guest service and support, working closely with Restaurant Managers and team members to maintain operational standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Training and supervising crew members
• Monitoring and reinforcing food safety standards and procedures
• Interacting with customers in a friendly, polite, and professional manner
• Executing cost control systems
• Delegating prepping and cleaning assignments as needed throughout the shift

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age to work in a manager role
• Possess all documents and permits required by state and federal law
• Reliable transportation
• Flexible work availability
