About the role

Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring a Restaurant Shift Manager who will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the restaurant. The Shift Manager ensures that each customer visit results in friendly and personalized service with great food promptly delivered in a clean and inviting environment. This position supports the Restaurant Managers and team members to maintain operational standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise crew members
• Monitor and reinforce food safety standards and procedures
• Interact with customers in a friendly, polite, and professional manner
• Execute cost control systems
• Delegate prepping and cleaning assignments as needed throughout the shift

Requirements

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
• Dependable and reliable
• Good written, math, and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation
• At least 18 years old
• Possess all required documents and permits as mandated by state and federal law
• Flexible work availability
• Results-oriented and customer-focused
• Previous customer service work experience is helpful
• Must undergo a background screening in accordance with local laws and regulations
