The Shift Manager will assist with the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring each visit results in friendly, personalized service and high-quality food delivery in a clean and inviting environment. We seek a self-motivated, dynamic team player to join our team.

Here's What You Will Be Doing

• Training and supervising crew members
• Maintaining and reinforcing food safety standards and procedures
• Interacting with customers in a friendly, polite, and professional manner
• Executing cost control systems
• Delegating prep and cleaning assignments as needed throughout the shift

• The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
• Dependable and reliable
• Good written, math, and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation
• Age 18 to work in a manager role
• Possession of all required documents and permits by state and federal law

• Previous customer service work experience helpful
