Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring a Restaurant Shift Manager responsible for assisting with daily operations, ensuring each customer visit results in friendly, personalized service with great food promptly delivered in a clean and inviting environment. The Shift Manager provides exceptional guest service and support, working closely with Restaurant Managers and team members to maintain operational standards and procedures. We seek a self‑motivated, dynamic team player who is personable, results‑oriented, and a go‑getter.

Responsibilities

• Training and supervising crew members
• Monitoring and reinforcing food safety standards and procedures
• Interacting with customers in a friendly, polite and professional manner
• Executing cost control systems
• Delegating prepping and cleaning assignments as needed throughout the shift

Requirements

• Ability to work well in a fast‑paced environment and under pressure
• Dependable and reliable
• Good written, math and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation
• Minimum age 18 to work in a manager role
• Possess all documents and permits required by state and federal law
• Flexible work availability
• Results‑oriented and customer focused
• Previous customer service experience helpful
• Willing to undergo background screening in accordance with local laws and regulations
