Shift Manager, 2nd Shift, Amble Rd, Charlotte, NC

Leadpoint Business Services is currently seeking a Shift Manager to perform a variety of tasks within our recycling facility in Charlotte, NC. The primary responsibility is to motivate team performance to achieve production goals and individual KPIs. You’ll assist the Location Manager in implementing workforce management programs and managing a team of production employees on a specific shift. This is a full-time management role with opportunities for growth.
