Job Duties/Requirements

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Perform a variety of tasks, including planning for each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring team meets company standards, managing safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager.
• May be responsible for meeting targets during shifts and helping assigned Departments meet their goals.
• Ensure food safety, manage inventory, perform daily maintenance and cleanliness, oversee quality food production, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Manage crew, communicate effectively, and foster a positive team environment.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule and enthusiasm for the fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate-owned and operated restaurants.
