Job Duties/Requirements

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Perform various tasks such as planning for each shift, monitoring performance, taking corrective actions, ensuring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager.
• May be responsible for meeting targets during shifts and helping assigned Departments meet their goals.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with the team and the next Shift Manager.
• Manage inventory, daily maintenance, and cleanliness.
• Monitor and manage crew quality, food production, and exceptional customer service.
• Ensure safety and security protocols are followed.
• Manage staff schedules and train new hires.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to have fun.
• Must be 18 years or older to be considered for management positions.
