Shift Manager - 1472

Shift managers are trained to perform all duties performed by Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager’s absence. This includes ensuring compliance with company standards in product prep and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other assigned tasks.

Pay

$18.00/hour + tips + bonus (Secret Shopper bonus plan: two weekly secret shops where all team members working those shifts are eligible for bonuses based on results).

Schedule

Most locations open at 11:00 am and close at 10:00 pm with no drive-thrus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations in the General Manager’s absence
• Ensure compliance with company standards in product prep, delivery, and customer relations
• Manage restaurant maintenance, team, and inventory
• Perform duties of Crew Members and Shift Leaders as needed

Requirements

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail (preferred)
• Passion for creating a positive work environment and delivering exceptional customer service
