Shift Manager - 1446

Shift managers are trained to perform all of the duties performed by the Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager’s absence: ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including product prep and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other duties as required or assigned.

Pay

$17/hour + tips + bonus (Secret Shopper bonus plan: 2 secret shops each week; all team members working during those shifts are eligible for bonuses based on results).

Schedule

Most locations open at 11:00 am and close at 10:00 pm; no drive-thrus.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties of Crew Members and Shift Leaders

Requirements

• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment preferred
• Passion for creating a great workplace and delivering outstanding customer service
• Honest, energetic, motivational, and fun personality
• Ability to set high standards for yourself and your team
