Requirements
- Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
- Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.
- Perform various tasks including planning for each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring team meets McDonald’s standards, managing safety and security, and communicating with the next Shift Manager.
- May be responsible for meeting targets during shifts and helping departments meet their goals.
- Handle daily duties such as deposits, bank runs, handling customer complaints, giving breaks to crew, and other tasks.
Responsibilities
- Food Safety - Daily checks and adherence to food safety protocols.
- Internal Communication - With crew and other managers.
- Inventory Management - Waste control, truck orders, and delivery management.
- Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness - Cleaning dishes, trash, and equipment.
- Crew Management - Giving breaks, handling discipline, and ensuring uniform adherence.
- Quality Food Production - Continuous food checks to ensure HOT, FAST, PRETTY, and SAFE.
- Exceptional Customer Service - Ensuring customers are happy and smiling.
- Safety and Security - Managing wet floor signs, back door controls, and money handling.
- Scheduling - Day-to-day placement and creation of weekly schedules.
- Training - Monitoring progress and proper behaviors at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience, preferably within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Positive team player with a flexible schedule and passion for working in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be 18 years or older to be considered for this role.
