The pay for this position is $17.00/hour + Tips + Bonus! Weekend availability is required.

About the Role

Shift managers at Five Guys are trained to perform all duties performed by Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager’s absence. This includes ensuring compliance with company standards in product prep and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other duties as required or assigned.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment preferred
• Ability to create a great place to work for your team
• Passion for serving amazing food with a big smile

Most locations open at 11:00 am and close at 10:00 pm with no drive-thrus.
