About the role
Domino's Pizza is hiring Shift Managers to be responsible for opening or closing stores and ensuring operations are at their highest level. This is the first step towards becoming part of the company's Management Program.
Responsibilities
- Everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
- Setting the example and following ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time.
- Handling paperwork, managing food, adhering to schedules, maintaining a perfect image, and adhering to standards.
- Providing great customer service, being punctual, supporting other workstations, and completing closing duties.
- Operating equipment, cleaning facilities, and performing other assigned workstation duties.
- Operate all equipment, stock ingredients, prepare product, receive and process telephone orders, take inventory, and complete paperwork.
Requirements
- Skills: Judgment, math, multitasking.

- Experience: Previous delivery experience.
- Qualifications: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately, make correct monetary change, communicate verbally and write, operate a computer keyboard or touchscreen, navigate maps, and memorize recipes.
Qualifications
- Physical requirements: Standing, walking, sitting, lifting up to 50 pounds, stooping, bending, reaching, pushing, climbing, crouching, squatting, grasping, shaping dough, manipulating pizza peel, pinching.
- Driving: Valid driver's license with a safe driving record, access to an insured vehicle for delivery.
