What You’ll Do
You’ll take ownership of your shift and lead your area to success:
- Lead and coach crew to deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service
- Ensure food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards are consistently met
- Manage shift operations, including staffing, positioning, and flow
- Monitor performance and take action to meet service and profitability goals
- Oversee inventory, safety, and security procedures
- Train and develop team members for growth
- Communicate effectively with team members and other leaders
