Responsibilities
- Lead shifts every week to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.
- Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts to maintain Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
- Plan for each shift, monitor performance, and take action to meet McDonald’s standards.
- Monitor safety, security, and profitability.
- Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for a successful shift.
- Help assigned departments meet their goals and targets during shifts.
- Oversee food safety, internal communication, inventory management, and daily maintenance and cleanliness.
- Manage crew, ensure quality food production, and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Handle scheduling and training for team members.
Requirements
- Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Positive team player with a flexible schedule and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be 18 years or older.
