Our Panda Shift Leaders are central to our team, fostering a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests through support in store operations and team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Create a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests
- Manage store operations and lead the team during shifts
- Prepare and serve Panda favorites
- Gain a diverse range of skills to develop yourself and others
Qualifications
- Some high school education
- Preferred operations experience in food service
- Food safety certifications required (at applicant's expense)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach high shelves
- Fast-paced work environment, strong verbal communication, adaptability, and conflict resolution skills
