About the role
Our Panda Shift Leaders are key figures in our team, tasked with fostering a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere in our restaurants. They support management in creating delicious food, providing excellent service, and maintaining a positive ambiance.
Responsibilities
- Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
- Gain valuable skills in managing store operations and leading the team during shifts.
- Gain hands-on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for our guests.
- Develop a diverse set of skills to enhance your own and your team's capabilities.
Qualifications
- Some high school education.
- Preferred experience in operations.
- Food Safety: Acquire certifications required by local/municipal regulations at your own expense.
- ADA Statement: Counter areas can be hot with steam from steam tables and food vapors. Workspaces are restricted, and employees are expected to stand for long periods and reach high shelves. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and work in a fast-paced environment.
