About the role

Our Panda Shift Leaders are key figures in our team, fostering a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests while supporting management in creating delicious food, providing heartfelt service, and maintaining a proud ambiance.

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
• Gain valuable skills managing store operations and leading the team during the shift.
• Gain hands-on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for our guests.
• Gain a diverse range of skills to develop yourself and others.

Qualifications

• Education and Experience:
• Some high school education.
• Prioritize some Operations experience.
• Food Safety: Acquire local/municipal Food Handler certification at your own expense.

ADA Statement: Counter areas can be hot due to steam from steam tables and food vapors. Workspaces are confined, and employees are typically required to stand for extended periods. Handling hot and cold foods, using a Chinese cook knife, and working quickly without compromising accuracy are essential. Lifting up to 50 lbs., standing for up to four hours, and reaching across counters at 36 inches are also required. Employees must adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities and manage conflicts/difficult situations.
