About the role
Our Panda Shift Leaders are key figures in our team, fostering a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests through their support in managing store operations and leading the team.
Qualifications
- Education and Experience: Some high school, prefer some operations experience
- Food Safety: Acquire local/municipal Food Handler certification at your own expense
- ADA Statement: Counter areas can be hot with steam, workspace is restricted, standing for long periods, reaching high shelves, lifting up to 50 lbs., working in a fast-paced environment, effective verbal communication, adapting to dynamic environments, managing conflicts/difficult situations
Skills
Gain valuable skills in managing store operations and leading the team during shifts, gaining hands-on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites, and developing a diverse range of skills to enhance yourself and others.
