About the role
Our Panda Shift Leaders are key members of our team, tasked with fostering a welcoming environment and leading the team during shifts.
Responsibilities
- Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
- Gain valuable skills in managing store operations and leading the team during the shift.
- Gain hands-on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for our guests.
- Develop a diverse set of skills to enhance your own and others' abilities.
Qualifications
- Some high school education.
- Preferred experience in operations.
- Food Safety: Acquire certifications like Food Handler at your own expense.
- ADA Statement: Counter areas can be hot with steam and noise levels are high. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach high shelves.
