We are open 7 days a week and our typical opening Team Members start as early as 9:30am and closing Team Members stay as late as 5:00am.

Responsibilities

• Assign and direct daily duties for Team Members based on role, skills and shift needs
• Maintain high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction
• Uphold Toppers policies and procedures; provide feedback/coaching to Team Members as needed
• Be knowledgeable of delivery area map/traffic patterns to assist delivery drivers organize their routes
• Solve customer complaints quickly and with a smile
• Provide feedback to Team Members in a positive manner
• Train new Team Members on daily tasks
• Balance cash draw and prepare deposit

Qualifications

Must be legally eligible to work in the United States, be 18 years of age, and physically able to perform all essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation. Reliable transportation and previous quick service restaurant retail or supervisory experience are required. Food Manager Certification is preferred.
