About the role

This store will be located inside of OU Children's Hospital, therefore all potential employees must pass a background check prior to employment in accordance with hospital policy.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operations on a shift-by-shift basis
• Aid the management team in providing team member support and coaching
• Ensure tasks are performed effectively
• Help America Run on Dunkin'

Requirements

• Fluently speak/read English
• At least 18 years old (per applicable law)
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred
• Passion for results by building teams
• Ability to follow all food handling procedures and sanitation practices
• Able to lift 25 pounds at a time
• Able to stand for long periods, bend, lift, and reach over your head
• Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
