Shift Leader Burger King | Curtis Hospitality Group The Opportunity Shift Leaders are responsible for leading the restaurant team during assigned shifts and making sure the restaurant is ready to deliver a great guest experience. You will coach team members, manage shift execution, solve problems in real time, and help protect sales, service, quality, and profitability. What You'll Do Lead the team through the shift and assign people where they are needed most. Deliver fast, friendly, accurate service in a clean and welcoming environment. Coach team members in the moment and reinforce performance expectations. Execute Burger King operating standards and the shift plan. Monitor speed of service, order accuracy, food quality, cleanliness, and guest experience. Follow cash-handling and security procedures. Support inventory management, product receiving, and restaurant readiness. Respond to guest concerns professionally and resolve issues quickly. Complete required shift documentation and communicate important information to the management team. Support opening, closing, and other operational responsibilities as assigned. What Success Looks Like The shift runs smoothly, with the team positioned effectively. Guests receive fast, accurate, and friendly service. Food quality, cleanliness, safety, and brand standards are consistently maintained. Team members understand expectations and receive timely coaching. Cash, inventory, and other shift controls are handled accurately. What We're Looking For Required At least 18 years old. Strong communication and people skills. Ability to make decisions and solve problems during busy shifts. Dependability and willingness to lead by example. Commitment to guest service, safety, and operating standards.
