About the Role
Each day at Taziki’s is a little different—part of what keeps it exciting! You might have an opening or closing shift. For an opening shift, mornings are spent helping your prep crew ready the store for lunch service and preparing catering orders, keeping a close eye on food safety practices and recipe perfection. Before the doors open, gather your team for pre-shift (or even a family meal!) and share the newest Taziki’s updates like recipe changes or new features of our Taz Rewards program.
You’ll enjoy meeting community members as you touch tables and assist guests with take-out orders—get to know them by name! During afternoons, manage shift changes while helping on the line, preparing the PM prep sheet, or reviewing upcoming dinner orders. If working a PM shift, check team stations, assist during busy online ordering hours for take-out dinners, and provide great service to dine-in guests. As the shift winds down, use evening counts and tomorrow’s catering orders to create prep sheets for the AM team, setting them up for success.
