Responsibilities
- Control food waste, supply costs, labor, cleanliness, and retain great talent.
- Build sales and increase guest return.
- Lead from the front; Shift Leaders must be the hardest working person in the cone when the GM is not present.
- Be vocal and positive, ensuring the guest is always first.
- Have complete knowledge of:
- Labor: Crew Labor Target, achieving this target, breaks for minors, and team member productivity.
- Cash Handling: Accurate reporting for deposits nightly, assembling bank bags for Dunbar.
- Daily Line Up Cards: Filling out cards each shift, accounting for breaks for minors with sales-driven team members in the windows.
- Guest and Team Member Incidents: Gathering information during incidents and utilizing the Incident Report 100%.
- COST OF SALES: Controlling food waste through weighing cups and cones each shift, observing and coaching recipes, and adhering to the training program and New Hire Validation.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Cleaning and stocking as you go, using checklists for each shift, and maintaining a guest-ready patio at peak times.
Requirements
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
