Shift Leader

Responsibilities

• Control food waste, supply costs, labor, cleanliness, and retain great talent.
• Build sales and increase guest return.
• Support the GM in running a profitable business.
• Be vocal, positive, and ensure the guest is always the priority.
• Have complete knowledge of:
• Labor: Crew Labor Target, achieving it, breaks for minors, and team member productivity.
• Cash Handling: Accurate reporting for deposits, bank bags for Dunbar, and drawer reports.
• Daily Line Up Cards: Filling out cards each shift, accounting for breaks, and ensuring sales-driven team members in the windows.
• Guest and Team Member Incidents: Gathering information and utilizing the Incident Report.
• COST OF SALES: Controlling food waste through weighing cups and cones, observing and coaching recipes, and adhering to training programs.
• Cleanliness and Organization: Cleaning and stocking as you go, using checklists, and operating at hospital clean standards.

Requirements

• Bilingual skills are a plus.
