Shift Leader

Responsibilities

• Control food waste, supply costs, labor, cleanliness, and retain great talent.
• Build sales and increase guest return.
• Support the GM in running a profitable business.
• Lead by example, being vocal and positive.
• Ensure the guest is always the priority.
• Have complete knowledge of:
• Labor: Crew Labor Target, achieving it, breaks for minors, team member productivity.
• Cash Handling: Accurate reporting for deposits, bank bags for Dunbar.
• Daily Line Up Cards: Filling out cards, accounting for breaks.
• Guest and Team Member Incidents: Gathering information, using Incident Report.
• COST OF SALES: Controlling food waste, weighing cups and cones, observing and coaching recipes.
• Cleanliness and Organization: Cleaning and stocking as you go, checklists, guest ready at peak times, patio cleaning.

Requirements

• Bilingual skills are a plus.
